She is typically being presented as the dumb girl with blonde hair.in the back ground you can see that everyone has turned back around to look at her and she looks like she don't have a care in the world. These people are looking at her disgustfully. Being portrayed as the blonde women who dresses to impress, and her being pretty, makes her look dumb. All because she has a pretty face its almost like she cant be smart. She also looks very young like she has no experience or anything. I think she is being represented this way to prove that the way you look can not say how brainy you are. Also her little dog is even dressed up which makes you think she obviously has not brains because a dog should not be dressed and treated like a human.
